In the design process, which was developed with the least sensitivity to the natural structure of the project area, all pedestrian and bicycle paths were built in spaces between trees. No tree has been damaged.

The general approach is expressed through making sense of natural texture formally. The ground usage network, which organizes the use of public open spaces and integrates with the natural texture, was defined as 'RIBBON' and the park was named as 'RIBBON PARK'.

Although the houses and settlements were designed to cause the least damage to the area, it was questioned how to use the park in its natural state, in the most dynamic and active way, through the necessity of a public use that will balance the privacy.
