Is there a topography or geography of war? The design process began with this question. The museum building is located around the trees in the project area. The roof of the building is designed as an open-air museum. Access to the roof museum is provided by ramps and stairs extending from different points.

The topography, shaped by sloping surfaces, representing the mountainous, where the Korean War took place, which is physically the subject of the museum program, is included in daily life as a public park. In the topography of the war, all the memories and narratives about the Korean War become noticeable with daily life experiences and gain the intended meaning within the scope of the project.
